The All India Indian Bank SC ST Employees Welfare Council,  is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the welfare and development of its members who are employees of the Indian Bank. The Council was established in 1980 with the intention of enhancing the members' socioeconomic standing and working circumstances as well as giving them an opportunity for collective representation. The organization is administered by a team of elected representatives, with a General Secretary in charge of overseeing the association's operations.

The association works to find solutions to all of the problems that its members encounter and providing them support and direction in both their professional and personal life. It is committed to supporting its members' rights, ensuring that their voices are heard, and their interests are protected. The group also offers a variety of services and advantages to its members, such as legal aid, financial assistance, and other support programs.
