Published by AIIBSCSTEWC
The All India Indian Bank SC/ST Employees' Welfare Council (AIIBSCSTEWC) continues its dedicated efforts toward protecting the rights, dignity, and welfare of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe employees. Guided by the principles of equality, inclusion, and social justice, the Council has consistently worked to ensure that employee concerns are addressed and opportunities for professional growth are promoted.
As part of these ongoing efforts, representatives of AIIBSCSTEWC participated in the Study Visit of the Parliamentary Committee on the Welfare of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes. The visit served as an important platform for reviewing welfare initiatives, understanding challenges faced by employees, and discussing measures aimed at strengthening representation and inclusion within institutions.
The Parliamentary Committee plays a significant role in monitoring the implementation of policies and welfare schemes intended for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes. Such visits help assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and encourage institutions to adopt best practices that support equal opportunities and employee empowerment.
During the visit, discussions focused on welfare measures, representation, career advancement opportunities, workplace inclusion, and the effective implementation of constitutional safeguards and government policies. The interaction reinforced the importance of collaboration between policymakers, institutions, and employee welfare organizations in achieving meaningful progress.
AIIBSCSTEWC remains committed to supporting initiatives that foster employee welfare, dignity, and professional development. The Council believes that strong institutions are built through transparency, accountability, and equal opportunity for all employees.
The Council expresses its sincere appreciation to all members who continue to support its mission and objectives. Their trust, dedication, and unity have enabled AIIBSCSTEWC to effectively represent employee interests and contribute to positive change.
Participation in the Parliamentary Committee Study Visit represents another important milestone in the Council's journey toward strengthening employee welfare and promoting social justice. AIIBSCSTEWC will continue to work tirelessly alongside stakeholders, policymakers, and institutional leadership to create a more inclusive, equitable, and empowering work environment.
